"Yesterday morning we woke up to a chilly house and no heat. One call to Hillside and a service technician was onsite that afternoon. Joe was so friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently answer all of my 89-year-old mother's questions (and she can ask a LOT of questions!) As always we were impressed by Hillside's great customer service from the friendly voice that answered the phone to the final goodbye and smile from Joe (at least his eyes looked like there was a smile under that mask.) We went to bed in a warm house just in time for the first frost of the season. Thank you, Hillside!"
