We just had our heater serviced before the cold sets in and the 2 gentlemen who came were professional, efficient, and friendly. They both introduced themselves and made sure of what service I was expecting. The younger gentleman must have been in training because I heard the older gentleman explain the model heater we had and wanted to know what experience he had.
