"I was very impressed by the timely response to my 'emergency' call. I left a message after 9 PM at night, and Joe, the tech, was at my door by 11 AM - after several early morning calls by a very pleasant, and reassuring lady at your office (actually her first call was from her home, before business hours!). I was expecting to be told to get in line behind previously scheduled customers, especially as we were between heat waves; and was about to really start sweating - in more ways than one - after my A/C died during what was still warm, humid weather. The house had just started to warm up when Joe came and quickly diagnosed and fixed it. As soon as I described what I'd heard and seen, he said he knew what it was - and he was right! Best of all, since I'd just re-upped my service contract, the cost was surprisingly low.
