"Our tech, Joe, was here for our heater tuned up. Joe was on time, professional and very courteous. He told us he would be going to his truck a couple times and asked if it would be OK if he went through the utility room and out the back door rather than track through the living room. When he finished he explained what he had done. He ran the heater a cycle to make sure it was working properly. He then recommended I change the batteries in the thermostat if I had not done so lately .... which I had not. Thanks Joe."
