"The technician (Ray) is a very professional, responsive, and above average problem solver. There was a small window of time to fix the problem with my furnace (due to doctors appointment that I had). Ray was dispatched to my home quickly by your staff and once he arrived he quickly set about to resolve the issue. Fortunately, Ray had the parts needed to fix the problem but as it turned another issue came up and with his perseverance and technical knowledge (he) resolved both issues in a timely manner.
