Ray, Mark, Kirk, and Dustin did a fabulous job with the installation of both, my furnace and air conditioner on the same day. They worked extra diligently to correct a problem from an installation that was done by another company decades ago. That problem caused the installation team to work a longer day than initially planned. They were all kind and professional throughout the process. The team worked together to ensure the installation was completed without needing to return another day to complete it. Mark and Ray were the last two to leave. Ray is a technician. He typically does not help with installations. Ray went above and beyond to help with this installation. As a technician, he has taken care of my annual air conditioner and furnace inspections for years. I've been a customer of Barker Heating & Air for almost 29 years. I've been very happy with them. They have taken good care of me."
