"Lutes Heating and Air was such a blessing to our family our furnace suddenly went out following the extreme temps a few days prior, Lutes sent Tony out right away, they not only honored the offer that had expired over the weekend for free service calls to veterans but Tony worked for three hours straight determined to get our super old furnace up and running, in the end, we needed a new furnace, but he literally tried everything possible. After putting a new roof on last year it just was not an expense we had planned on but Lutes worked with us and we were able to get a new furnace with no interest and they had our heat up and running to our surprise three days before they had us scheduled! I looked outside and Dustin and his team of guys pulled up and worked like crazy to tear out our old furnace and install a new one right before the negative temps started up again. Our two boys were so excited and relieved to see all of the trucks when we pulled in from school!
