"Great to have a real person answer the phone and able to help and/or answer questions. The service techs were courteous, knowledgeable and kept me informed of everything. No high-pressure sales, just information. The install techs were very respectful of my home and explained everything. Even though I peppered them with questions, they took the time to answer them all and no bad language. I appreciated that. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Lutes to anyone."
