"I was very pleased with your company as a whole, your service, and your service agreement. It helps to get a discount when you have a service agreement. When I called Shayne, he was willing to come out the same day and give us an estimate. He was getting ready to go out of town, but he still came out and measured for replacing our 2 heat pumps. He worked on our estimate even while he went out of town. We were trying to get it done before the weather turned cold. He worked with someone to give us a better price if we did both systems. We got it together and were able to install it before it got cold. The installation crew was very nice, respectful and did a good job. We are very happy with Stuart Pro."
