From our discussion with Cliff, we determined to have a new heat pump and air handler installed to replace our very old units. Cliff was very friendly and professional and we did not have any sense of being 'pushed', just informed.
Two days later John and David, also very knowledgeable and professional, installed the new units just in time as the temperatures were beginning to drop. Due to the configuration of our old unit and supply lines, John and David had to reroute them and they did so in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
