"Your service person came and fixed the hot water heater. At the end he checked the furnace filter and said it was not doing it's job as it was installed backwardsand needed replacement. I told him it was your company that installed that filter and if it needed a replacement because it was installed wrong your company should put in a new filter because of the error.
