"Just a quick note this New Years Day to tell you how pleased I am with all the adventures of our water heater fiasco. With you able to get me all the information needed to make a decision on Saturday and book the install for Monday, we couldn't have asked for any better. The charges were exactly as you said they would be. Andy was great and we had hot water by 3:00 pm. two hours for showers and dishes before 15 people showed up for New Year's Eve.
