"Customer service is over the top with the quality power washer I purchased. Larry (salesmen) gave me his personal cell phone number. Anytime I need something, Larry answers and directs me to the appropriate person or department. Any accessories I have needed after the purchase have been sent and packed with candies (nice touch by the way). On a different occasion, I was sent a tin of cookies as a thank you. Also to mention the handwritten thank you card from my salesmen (Larry). Hard to find this type of customer service. Their gratitude surely shows. "
