"Ross did an excellent job with our install. Nick was nice too and will be an asset to Applegate as he learns. But Ross made me feel like the most important customer he had when he was on site. He is personable and knowledgeable and explained all my million questions. I really appreciated him and your parts manager. The Co2 monitor I purchased from you started chirping off after the install was complete. Ross got right on troubleshooting the problem. We had a high wind that was coming unusually from the east. We had a poor cap on the furnace/ water heater vent that was allowing a downdraft. Ross called the parts manager who located a high wind cap, then met Nick to hand it off to Ross. In 15 minutes Ross has the new cap on and the problem was solved. Applegate will be an easy referral for me whenever I have the opportunity. "
