"I really didn't think an exceptional company like Redmond's Complete Comfort existed anymore! It was during this arctic winter and of course I needed a new gas furnace. I got quotes from three contractors. The contractor I chose ended up being a two-month disaster from product to install. I was desperate to find someone who could help with my unique situation, that's when I found Redmond's through Home Advisor. I was so impressed with their overwhelming reviews that I contacted them right away. Long story short, from the first phone call, to their sales rep visit, to the awesome installers (Shaughn and Brandon) my nightmare was over and I am one happy customer! It was a long and arduous day for the guys but they were always courteous, kind and patient with all my many questions...LOL! I was taken back on how clean they were about doing the install. They even put down canvas cloth on my floors and cleaned up everything when finished; you would not have know they were even there. I love my new Bryant furnace and air conditioning unit. But, what's more impressive is the integrity of this company and their employees, they truly treat you like family.....a rare find!! So thankful I found this company :)
