"First of all I was treated with great regard and respect as a veteran and given credit for my service, a lot of credit. The unit was installed early and because of a glitch. I got a larger unit at no additional cost. Redmond also hires vets and our vet was Army and he brought that discipline and ethics to his work. The installation is very professional, maybe too professional for a woodworking shop. And then there was the cooler full of cookies which I ate before my wife got home. :) "
