"From start to finish an excellent job from the entire team! Especially Luke who was very helpful and responsive to the many questions we had. What sets him apart and won our business was his attention to our goals with our large HVAC and water boiler project. Before even looking at the units he sat down and did something other sales reps didn't which was ask us what our goals, needs, concerns, etc where before assessing what equipment was in place and taking a survey of our space (which some other company didn't even do!). Every other company quoted us for what seemed like the equipment they want to sell rather than equipment that fits our needs. Case and example Deljo was the only company to say we needed a smaller A/C unit upstairs yet all companies said we needed only a smaller furnace upstairs. It only makes seem that both A/C and furnaces would be smaller upstairs given the less cubic space that needed to be heated and cooled. Luke was very responsive to emails, text messages, and we jumped on calls several times to chat with still our goals and comfort in mind. An absolute pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend Luke and Deljo to others. The installation team was very professional. Brandon, Wesley, and Steve took the time to go over everything during the installation and the equipment afterward. In just 2 days the large project of 2 furnaces, 2 A/Cs, and hot water boiler upgrade was complete. Work area left clean afterward. Absolutely great job and complete professionals."
