"Like most people, the thought of buying a heating/air system was a little overwhelming to me. However, from the start John Nugent & Sons made it a great experience. The initial meeting was very informative and timely (same day I called). There was no pressure and all options were presented. You guys followed up and I was able to speak with Mike about working with me on the price since this was an investment that was unexpected. The day of the service, the installers could not have been more professional and courteous. They gave special care to make sure they kept things clean as they worked (put down carpet cover) and answered numerous questions for us. The system looks great and was a major upgrade from our old one. Today, I received a gift in the mail thanking us for our business. That was an awesome touch since a few weeks have passed as most companies would have moved on to the next customer. Registering the unit with Carrier was also simple. I will use you guys for my other needs beyond heating/air as I could not have asked for a better experience. I'll recommend you to my friends.
