"When my heat pump failed, I was overwhelmed and wasn't sure which HVAC companies to use for replacement. I received quotes and scheduled appointments with four companies. I selected Bay Breeze because their salesperson was extremely patient in navigating me through all the HVAC terms, SEER, EER, HSPF, etc. This enabled me to choose the appropriate system for my usage and needs. There was no pressure sales, rather, a sincere interest and a display of patience as I asked numerous questions and in some instances showed a degree of indecisiveness. The installation took place as scheduled and was handled with care. The installers helped with the thermostat programming (I'm still navigating all the bells and whistles with the WiFi and programming :). Great service!!!!!!!"
