He took photos of our system to show us that we had black mold, and rust on the aging components and he explained that a new system was the only way to get rid of the mold. Even though we weren't looking to replace our system, the new one is much better. The sales person gave us a good deal based on how long we would be staying in our home. We really appreciate the free service agreement that came with our system because my husband is a Veteran. The installation was the next day. The installers, Omar and Edgar did a wonderful job installing our new AC system. They explained the process and how long it would take. They did a great job cleaning up afterward too. "
