"Horizon Plumbing installed a new toilet for my Mom in Grand Prairie, TX on 01/25/23. Your company is amazing—from the person took talked to me on the phone to the technicians or plumbers who came to my mom’s home to fix the toilet. Kacee, answered my exploratory call to find a plumber to fix my mom’s toilet. Kacee was not only knowledgeable, courteous, and so professional but also very caring. Companies will say that they care about their customers but really don’t. Kacee personifies caring and understanding. After speaking with me, she went out of way to ensure that I got the next available appointment to fix my mom’s toilet. And when we weren’t able to do the initial appointment due to a scheduling conflict with my mom’s doctor appointments, Kacee made sure I got another later appointment. However, I got another call from Kacee a day later to tell me that she was able to get me an earlier appointment because she wanted to make sure that we were able to get my mom’s toilet fixed as soon as possible because she didn’t want my mom to have to wait for her toilet to get fixed. This is what I mean about caring. Kacee knew that my mom was elderly & wanted to ensure that my mom didn’t have to suffer or be inconvenienced longer than necessary. This is why she exemplifies caring. I was so grateful to Kacee for expediting & making the whole repair process easier. Kacee was invested in making sure my mom’s toilet was fixed. She is a great representation of Horizon Plumbing! What also impressed me is the honesty at which your company operates. Most companies will charged just to come to a customer’s home to assess & diagnose the problem or repair. Horizon Plumbing doesn’t do that & will only charge if they actually do the repairs or work. It is great that customers don’t get charged just to find out what the plumbing problem is. Customers already have to pay for repairs which may be costly but getting charged to find what is problem just adds more to the financial burden of paying for repairs. The plumbers, Miles and Lane, who came to do the initial assessment were also professional & honest. Some service companies will overplay or exaggerate a problem to increase the work/job estimate.They will also use tactics to pressure or make people feel that it’s urgent that they get the problem fixed right away or they have to go with or use their companies. Miles & Lane told us what they thought the problem was and what options we have and let us decide without any pressure. They were friendly and genuine. Joel ended up doing the new toilet installation for my Mom. Joel was friendly and knowledgeable. While Joel was doing the toilet installation, I peppered him with questions to learn more about plumbing & toilet mechanics. Joel was patient, and he was nice about answering all my questions. He was so courteous even bringing the old toilet outside to the curb for trash removal after installing the new toilet. That was very helpful for me and my Mom since the old toilet was very heavy. I don’t think we could have taken the toilet outside to the curb. We had such a great experience with Horizon Plumbing with the whole process from arranging the estimate appointment to the actual plumbing work being done. I would gladly recommend Horizon Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done!! Your company is a company who actually cares about the customer and goes the distance to help. I gave 5 stars to Horizon Plumbing because Horizon Plumbing is a 5-star company!!!"

"Jose did an excellent job!! He fully explained what he needed to do to fix the problem, got the necessary items, and fixed it in a timely fashion. He was very polite and customer service oriented. Jose also reviewed the warranty information and tested his work using a sink of water and put paper towels under the sink to ensure there was no leakage after he completed the job. I was VERY impressed by his work ethic and his listening skills. Jose is a great asset to your company!!"
