"The heat went off on the coldest day in February 2023, I called Scaran and they made us whole again. I have been with this company since 1999 when I bought my first Carrier furnace. I trust this company and followed through with other home improvement purchases. What stands out the most is their services thought out the years, even in times of great need like hurricane Sandy and hurricane Irene. So my overall experience is outstanding! "
