"From the very first moment of calling G&G, they got back to me and showed up the same day. We talked about a plan. When I had to call them a second and third time it was the same experience. They really were kind and understanding of our financial constraints. They always discussed with me our options and never pushed for anything. I work from home and was always the one to interact with them but always gave me the option to have my husband call if he had any questions. Obviously, I hope I don’t have to use them any time soon but when it's time for my next repair they are the first in my books. I would never recommend any other company for HVAC. Thank you for all you did for us!"

"It's been a pleasure to meet and work with Gus & Gus! Father and son are both consummate professionals and caring contractors that patiently educated us with a choice of products that were available at different price points so we could decide upon what would function and be best for our home and lifestyle. The installation was promptly scheduled and cleanly installed with all new accessories too. I really like the new appearance on the footers to keep the heater off the concrete floor along with a new condensation pump and water line. We have had the new heater for a few weeks now and couldn't be any happier. There has been a tremendous improvement in our comfort level just as Gus had explained to us. I'm sure the high-efficiency heater and AC will also lower our utility bill. Thanks ever so much."

They explained all options to me, are very experienced tradesmen, and delivered on all facets of my experience with them. They are quick to respond at a moment's notice. They have the old-school outlook on business which is a lost art nowadays, they care about each issue and project as if it were their own.
