They listened to what we wanted for a replacement unit and gave us a competitive price and no high-pressure sales. Our salesperson constantly communicated with us to set a time for the install and when they expected to arrive. The installation crew was professional and quick. What has impressed us most is the support that we got after the installation. A little over 3 weeks after the installation, the cooling stopped working. They came out the same afternoon that I called! The service tech found the problem in the existing wiring and made a temporary fix. The next morning, Green Heating and Cooling had a crew back out to replace the wiring to the outside unit. Everything was back up and running before 11 am. We are extremely happy with the entire team and the professionalism throughout the process, from getting a quote through installation and support. We highly recommend Green Heating and Cooling."
